ABOUT CACHE COLLECTIVE

At Cache Collective, owner Kelly Stahl brings 20 years of property management experience and a deep personal commitment to every home under her care. From modern downtown condos to expansive luxury residences, each property receives the same thoughtful attention and strategic oversight.

As both a homeowner and landlord, Kelly understands that true property management goes beyond maintenance—it’s about preserving value and elevating standards. Every property assessment considers not only condition and amenities, but also alignment with the expectations of discerning tenants who appreciate quality living spaces.

Our proactive approach to maintenance fosters positive tenant relationships and minimizes costly issues before they arise. Well-appointed and well-kept homes attract conscientious residents who uphold the same high standards throughout their tenancy.

MEET KELLY

Kelly has called Colorado home for the past 25 years, although her roots stretch between Northern California and Lake Tahoe. Kelly landed in Steamboat Springs, Colo., after graduating from the University of Florida, and spent the next 14 years enjoying resort town life and learning real estate from some of the best.

She assisted one of Steamboat’s top brokers, then stepped away to represent clients independently, and ultimately launched a Rental Division within the real estate firm. Her passion for property care grew naturally over the years as she began managing her own investments.

Now, with her family growing up and new opportunities ahead, that experience has evolved into Cache Collective—a boutique, property management company built on trust, collaboration, and genuine care.

Outside of managing properties, Kelly enjoys learning about wellness topics, cooking and getting outside. She loves spending time at her family’s mountain ranch, gardening and improving most any space.  She is a board member with the National Charity of League, a mother/daughter organization that serves dozens of local philanthropies across Northern Colorado. She lives in Fort Collins with her husband and two teenage daughters. Kelly is always more than happy to meet in person at one of her several, favorite local coffee shops!
